How do I start and cancel a Lumina subscription?
Select a plan, confirm the price and duration, complete payment, and your access activates immediately. Lumina defaults to auto-renewal (monthly or annually). To cancel, go to your account settings in the top-right corner and turn off auto-renewal — your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens after my subscription expires?
Your access continues until the end of the paid period. After expiration the service stops automatically. You can renew at any time to continue using Lumina's tools.
Can I get a refund on a Lumina plan?
Lumina subscriptions do not support refunds. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, and the cancellation takes effect after the current billing period ends.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from a lower plan (e.g. Basic) to a higher one (e.g. Advanced) at any time. Lumina charges only the prorated price difference, advanced features activate immediately, and all your existing content and data are fully retained.
How do points work on Lumina?
Points included in a subscription plan are distributed monthly and reset each month — unused points do not carry over. Points from an add-on credits package are valid for 2 years and are used automatically when your monthly plan points run out.
